I’m still waiting on my order after weeks, which is frustrating. I’ve ordered from other places around the same time and already received those packages, so this definitely feels slower than it should be.

I really wanted these to work, but the fit was just off for me. They felt too tight, and after about an hour my feet were already hurting. Kind of regret not going with a different pair or sizing up.

Tracking didn’t update right away, which was a little annoying, and the customer service replies were slow. Like, really slow. I had to wait longer than I expected just to get a simple response, and that part was frustrating. The shoes looked like the pictures and I didn’t have any major problems with the order itself. I’m giving it 4 stars because everything worked out, but the slow replies definitely bothered me. I’d probably use the site again, but yeah, they really need to work on responding faster

Support did get back to me eventually, so I don’t want to be too harsh. Maybe I was just expecting a quicker reply, but it felt a little slow at the time.

My order got here quickly, but one of the shoes had a really noticeable scratch, and the sole looked like it was kind of coming loose. For the price, I expected better. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it’s definitely annoying to have to deal with

I was actually surprised that most of the shoes I clicked on were in stock, because that’s not always the case. I’m giving 2 stars because the shoes did show up, but of course the size was wrong. I ordered a 9 and they sent me an 8, and the box even had a different size sticker than what was in my email. The shoes themselves look decent, I guess, but that doesn’t really matter if I can’t wear them. Now I have to go through the whole return process, and this kind of thing always turns into way more trouble than it should be.

I knew overseas shipping might take a bit, but this took weeks and weeks. The tracking barely updated, barely moved, and just felt stuck the whole time. I kept checking it and it was the same thing over and over, no real progress, no clear updates. Really frustrating.

That said, a couple small things like the stitching and the label made me second-guess it a bit. I’m not saying they’re fake, but I just didn’t feel totally confident. For the price, they’re okay, but I was hoping for a little more reassurance.
